TUSB2046I: what is the difference between the obsolete part TUSB2046IVFRG4 part and the altenative TUSB2046IBVF?

Part Number: TUSB2046I

We use the obsolete part in current designs and that is now obsolete, so need an alternative

the TUSB2046IBVF has been suggested as an alternative. I just wanted to make sure that they are the same. more to do with the difference between BI and IB?

Hi Jack,

Part number TUSB2046IVFRG4 does not exist.

Functional equivalent of TUSB2046BIVFRG4 is TUSB2046IBVFR and there's no functional or pin difference.

what is the difference between BI and IB, as there is no reference to what the naming means on the datasheet or the web
