Hello

Is there any way to reach Tj (Juntion temp)=150°under the Ta=105°environment?

My customer would like to do Reliability Test (HTOL) with environment Ta=105 and Tj=150.

Can you create such an environment? for example, by use dedicated Test Pin or higth frequency operation.

Hello,
There isn't a special or dedicated test pin to create such an environment.
Please keep in mind the 150C junction temperature is the absolute maximum rating beyond which device can be damaged or life is shortened. The maximum recommended operating temperature (105C Ta) is what you want to stay under for the device to meet all its specifications.
