    I think you missed the link in the TCA6408A product page.  If you look under the "Tool & software" tab the Ibis model is there.  Let me know if there is something wrong with it.

    We downloaded the IBIS model from there. But we need UQFN-16 package.

    And also please clarify below mentioned query.
    In IBIS model, Vinl and Vinh value are different from Datasheet.
    Can you please make sure why these difference from Datasheet to IBIS model.

    Supply Voltage : 1.8V

    Vinl and Vinh values as follow:

    Parameter -> From Datasheet From IBIS model
    Vin low -> VCC*0.3 = 0.54V 0.495V
    Vin high -> VCC*0.7 = 1.26V 1.365

    The Ibis models are not package dependent.

    I am a bit confused about what you show for Vin low and Vin high. Are you saying these are what is seen in the Ibis model or what is stated in the datasheet. Can you help clarify what I need to be checking in the model compared to the datasheet?

    The VINL and VINH values in the IBIS model were set to their worst-case values considering variation in VCC. For 1.8-V operation, the minimum recommended VCC level is 1.65 V. This gives a VINL of 0.3 * 1.65 V = 0.495 V. Accounting for the same amount of variation on the high side would mean that VCC could be as large as 1.95 V. This gives a VINH of 0.7 * 1.95 V = 1.365 V. If you know that a particular voltage will always be used, you could modify these VINL/VINH values to match the corresponding threshold levels.
