Hello, TI members,

I am trying to use DS25BR440(3.125 Gbps Qual LVDS Buffer) for Display application.

My question is as below,

1. DS25BR440 Tx interface is LVDS, CML type receiver can support this LVDS Tx or not.

2. Would you like to let me know there is LVDS Rx to CML Tx repeater among TI products.

   (Product frequency should be over than 3Gbps)

    Hi HW,

    1. I cannot know if a particular CML receiver would work connected to the output of the DS25BR440.  The key understanding is to know the electrical input requirements of the CML receiver.  The most important parameter is receiver input common mode voltage range.  To directly connect the two components the receiver common mode voltage must match with the output common mode voltage of the DS25BR440 (about 1.2V).

    2. There are some display application repeater devices available.  Here is an example  TDP158
