TUSB8020B: Can the device be connected to I2C host as I2C slave if the SMBUZ is pulled high.

When SMBUSz is '1', can the device be connected to a I2C host. In other work, the TUSB8020 becomes a slave I2C device. The datasheet only talks about connecting a i2C EEPROM.
