TUSB9261: TUSB9261 Boot Loader driver for windows 10 - 64 bit operating system

Hi All,

 I am referring section 2.1 from sllu125d.pdf document. Attached is the image for installing flash burner software. When the software is installed, the driver also getting installed automatically as per the procedure documented in the sllu125d.pdf document.

But in windows 10 - 64 bit PC, when i installed the flash burner software, i am sure that the driver is not getting installed. because the installed does not ask for any confirmation to install any diver installation as part of driver installation process.

So i am doubting that the installer may work well in lower version of windows operating system but not in windows 10 - 64 bit Operating system. So if anyone would help me to get driver for windows10 - 64 bit operating system that would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. Already i have the firmware file with me. What i am asking is, when the flash burner software is getting installed, it will install the driver for the TUSB9260 Boot Loader as well ( Refer Figure 2.2 and 2.3 in sllu125d.pdf document).
When i install the flash burner application software in windows 10 - 64 bit OS, installer did not ask for the steps to install the driver as mentioned in Figure 2.2 and 2.3 in sllu125d.pdf document. So the flash burner software is not allowing to flash the TUSB9261 SPI flash.

I have both flash burner application software and TUSB926x_Firmware_v1.05.zip. What i am requesting is the driver for the flash burner application software

Kindly share me the driver.

I tried the same. But in the default folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments Inc\TUSB926x_Burner", the driver is not available.

while installing the TUSB926x_Burner_2.10.0.exe that creates and installs the files in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments Inc\TUSB926x_Burner" folder.

Also the installation process should install the driver. But that is not happening in my case. Below sequence is not happening in windows10- 64bit.

Kindly suggest how to get this driver installation step which will install driver in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments Inc\TUSB926x_Burner" folder..

Also when i tried to installed driver manually by locating the installation folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments Inc\TUSB926x_Burner" folder, It says that driver is already installed. Attached image for your reference.

Now i am not sure because i am seeing "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)". I could not able to understand whether driver is not available/ there is a hardware issue which is not allowing to detect the Device?

Where is the 10K pull down on the USB_VBUS pin? Also why is there a T connection on USB_CON_N/P that might cause signal integrity issues.

Hello Michael,

We actually missed out this 10K pulled down in the design but later we added it on the board. However this has been already sorted out.

About T-connection, we wanted to use the same USB connector for programming the TUSB9261 and for normal USB function using OTG. i.e. while programming the TUSB9261, OTG will be disconnected by removing jumpers on P5.

And we are able to see the device detection in the device manager, but the actual problem is,the driver is not getting installed.
