Do you have this sample code to setting the UB964 to output 4 camera data?

Kim,
the setting is simple. dependent on the camera type, you maybe have different settings. basically the procedure:
1. ub964 runs up with default strap setting
2. set I2C registers to visit remote camera's reg.
3. set gpio function if needed
4. set csi forwarding mode
5. set video format, such as data type, virtual channel, etc.
