TUSB3410: Drivers not working on Win10

Part Number: TUSB3410

Hello, i disabled the windows signing function, instaled the latest "sllc428a" and then the TUSB3410 driver. My device with the TI chip is not recognized. The window above shows if i try to update driver via device manager. Could you help me please?

Best regards

Jaroslav

  • Hello Jaroslav,

I double check and the driver works correctly in Windows 10, Could you please send me the VID/PID displayed in the Device Manager for your device?

    Regards,

    Roberto

  • Hello Roberto,

    is this what you mean?

    USB\VID_04CA&PID_7053\200901010001

On the chip itself there is actually:

    TUSB3410I

    65C22EW

    G4

Thank you for looking into this!

    Best regards,

    Jaroslav

  • Hi Jaroslav,

That is not a TI VID/PID, are you using custom firmware to write a different VID/PID?

    Regards,
    JMMN
  • Hi JMMN,

the TUSB3410 is part of a larger device. I probably sent a VID/PID of something else, cause i don't know how to distinguish them, i found a couple in the Details of the device. Its got to be one of these:

    USB\VID_0908&PID_040E\BAFF588526815A38

    USB\VID_0908&PID_040E&REV_0101
    USB\VID_0908&PID_040E

    USB\VID_046D&PID_0A44\5&a0fcac8&0&1
    USB\VID_04CA&PID_7053\200901010001
    USB\VID_058F&PID_9540\5&a0fcac8&0&9
    USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2B\5&a0fcac8&0&12

BTW i was recently installing other drivers which needed the signing feature to be disabled and they worked. I just can't manage to make these ones work.

    Best regards,

    Jaroslav
