Hi Expert,

Do we have layout guide for BGA package which need Vias on board?

There is one app note talking about layout guide, but it doesn't cover design with Vias on board.

    can you elaborate the "BGA package which need Vias on board"?
    For any on-board vias either for QFN or BGA package chip, in the high speed signal trace, if a via must exist on one signal polarity, mirror the via implementation on the other polarity of the differential pair.
