now we use ULN2003A have above questions, could you help to check it,tks!
First: Does the ULN2003a have requirements for the IO input level? ? 1.8V or 3.3V
Second: What is the input current of ULN2003a? If you use Hasics chip 1.8V IO port driver, is there any problem? ? ? ?
Hi Darren,
The two specs you want to take a look at are on-state input voltage (V_I(ON)) and input current (I_I). Looking at these specs, you would need a 3.3V IO input and a current driving capability of about 1.35mA. Based on your requirements, you may want to take a look at the TPL7407LA. This device is P2P and has lower IO input voltage and current requirements.
Thanks,
