My customer want to use TPS65986 EVM to support both of the USB3.0(2 lane) and DP(2 lane) simultaneously, but not successfully.
The customer tried all of the TPS65986 firmware on the EVM by configure the switch, and all of them support this feature.
They tried the USB2.0 + DP, it works.
If the customer need a new firmware support the USB3.0 + DP simultaneously. And work as DFP and charge current > 1.5A.

First off it is possible to used both DP and USB3.0 at the same time. However, you cannot display at 4K resolution and use USB3.0 at the same time.
With that being said, is your customer wanting the TPS65986 to act as a DFP or UFP? Below is a link for a good application note that should help them set up the TPS65986 the way they are wanting to set it up as a DFP, follow section 3.1. If they are wanting to set up as a UFP, follow section 3.2.
