Hi Team,

One of my customer is facing issues with impedance characteristics of DS90UB934-Q1 at frequency higher that 80MHz, please help with Load IC Package and Die Capacitance - S parameter model/SPICE model to understand its behavior.

Thanks for the response.

Customer would like to see the Impedance profile for VDDIO Supply (1.8V) of Deserializer IC at System level (i.e. at Die of Deserializer). For that they need the PDN profile of IC (Package and Die) in either S-parameter file format or SPICE file format.

Also need to estimate the PDN cut off frequency at which decoupling capacitors will be effective at Board.

Kindly help with package and die PDN file for Deserializer for VDDIO power pins.
