TPD1S514: Clarify on VBUS_POWER = VBUS_CON + 0.3V

Hi,

I would like to clarify on TPS1S514 datasheet which stated VBUS_POWER = VBUS_CON + 0.3V under point (4) below.

Should be VBUS_CON - 0.3V. VBUS_POWER is the LDO output of VBUS_CON. How can LDO gives a higher output than input? Please clarify if I'm wrong.
