Dear all,

How value is this device's total supply current?

I also read SN75176B's data sheet, and this device has 42mA(typ)/70mA(max) supply current.

However THVD1500's data sheet does not say total supply current at electrical characteristics...

On the other hand, Figure 6 indicates supply current.

Is this Figure 6 total supply current?

    Hello Yamamoto-san,

    Yes, Figure 6 shows the total ICC current for the device when driving a 54-Ohm load. Most of this current is due to the current flowing through this load resistance in order to generate a differential voltage on the bus. The supply currents for unloaded conditions are listed in the Electrical Characteristics table as quiescent currents.
