Hi,

Customer is using PCA9517 in their existing system. so, please let me know the Load Susceptibility Errata. does this issue depend on temperature? which temperature is the high probability that the issue will occur?

In addition,what should we do to reset this error state?

    Hello Toshiyuki-San,

    Is it possible to move the customer from PCA9517 to TCA9517 as the TCA version fixes this, is pin to pin, accepts wider voltage ranges, and is more cost competitive.
