Hi, Team,

Could you teach me the Rdson variation of TPD6S300? The customer want use TPD6S300 for TBT3, but the Rdon is high.

    Satoshi,

    Your customer is probably talking about the following specification:

    This protection switch is frequently in series with another switch in the PD controller and increases with temperature.  When these two resistors are connected in series, there is very little margin left to meet system specifications.

    There is a similar specification for the SBU pins, but I have not heard of any customer issues with that path.
