I would like to know whether the "minimum low impedance is 35KOhm" mentioned in the datasheet below is the Rlow shown below.

    Hi Nancy,

    The datasheet says "minimum load impedance", not "minimum low impedance".

    Load impedance at that node is R(high) in parallel with R(low) since there is a low impedance cap connecting 1.8V to GND. Ref Clk In input impedance is high enough to not matter. The recommended resistors in Table 8 meet this requirement.
