We're using a 1.8V oscillator to drive the DP83867 XI pin, none of the supplies on our DP83867 are 1.8V (they're 1.0V, 2.5V & VDDIO=3.3V for MAC compatibility). If the 1.8V oscillator is powered and drives the XI pin while all/any of the DP83867 supplies are powered down will that cause a problem?
