Yes both the Source current_left and Source current_right are the voltages measured across the corresponding gate resistors R9 and R21. The value of these resistors are 0.3 ohm, therefore 1V on the scope shot corresponds to 1/0.3 = 3.33A. In this case the peak gate currents observed on the scope capture are 6.67A.
