Regarding VIH and VIL,

VIH min is defined as “0.7 x VDDIO” and VIL max is “0.2 x VDDIO” for 1.8V VDDIO case.

But when using 2.5V or 3.3V for VDDIO, how to think about 1.8V XI clock input spec?

 

Also could you tell me VIH max and VIL min?

There is no information in the datasheet.

 

And could you also tell me about absolute max rating?

Is it “-0.3 – (VDDIO+0.3)”? But how to think about it when using 2.5V or 3.3V VDDIO?

XI inputs for Oscillator shall be max of 1.8v. If you are using 2.5 or 3.3V input, then you need to add capacitor divider circuit to cap the input swing. Details on capacitor divider circuit is available in datasheet.
