    The resistors to those pins depend on how you would like to use the device. Would you like to use it in I2C mode? Would you like to have the input pins polarity swapped? What would you like your de-emphasis be? What do you want you EQ to be set at? What data rates are you using the device at? What slew rate do you want the device at?

    PIN 1: SWAP/POL: ????
    PIN 10: I2C_EN/PIN: ??/?
    PIN 20: PRE_SEL: ????
    PIN 21: EQ_SEL/A0: ?????
    PIN 27: HDMI_SEL/A1: ????
    PIN 36: TX_TERM_CTL: ??????
    PIN 40: SLEW_CTL:?????
