I want to know the strength of the pull-up.

Nagasawa-san,

The current when in recessive and dominant mode is listed in the datasheet as IIH and IIL, respectively, and the VCC voltage during these conditions is listed. Since the voltage on TXD in the low state is 0V, and we know the IIL (low level current) and the VCC voltage, Ohm's law can be used to find the pull-up. With the typical value, 5.5V / 25uA = 2.2Mohms.
