This part is rated for a minimum clock frequency of 20MHz. At frequencies below the minimum in the datasheet, the part is not guaranteed for functionality or performance specified in the datasheet since it's not designed or tested for it.

Does TI has any part to suggest for and LVDS to RGB converter for Low resolution LCDs (480 x 272 where the clock frequency is 10.99 or less)
