TUSB501: Need assistance to develop USB 3.0 Repeater PCBs that we can overmold with our cable assemblies

when you ask for "Need BOM, Gerbers and technical assistance." What BOM and Gerber files are you requesting? Are you asking for the .sch and .brd files for the EVM for the TUSB501?

I appreciate the prompt response!!  Please bear with me, as I'm not an engineer.  I'm not sure if the EVM will act as an active repeater or not?  can you confirm? 

I saw this product listed on TI website www.ti.com/.../USB-REDRIVER-EVM.   We need assistance on how to build an active repeater board that we can overmold inline to make longer than normal USB cables.

We are trying to duplicate cables like the Newnex: www.newnex.com/.../FireNEX-ULC-16_customer.PDF

That EVM will not be able to support a cable that is 16 m long. The limiting factor for this design would be the USB 2.0 and the TUSB211 not the USB3.0 and the TUSB501.

Hello Michael. Thanks for the response. I'm at a loss on this project. Would TI offer support to engineer the build for a repeater board that would handle this type of capability? If not, do you know of anyone that is already producing these types of active repeater boards for cable assemblies? Is TI supplying any board manufacturers the types of raw materials needed for this type of build?
