I think the schematic looks good. Please choose the voltage rating of C115, C116, C117, C118 at least 10V or higher like 16V. I'm not quite sure what EMI caps for. Do you want to filter the RS232 signaling?

Hi Sirs,

About EMI caps, this item was requested by our EMI/ESD team.

Actually these caps was be mounted and only reserved for debug.
