DS90LV804: Coefficient of Thermal Expansion

Good morning,

I am working on a durability analysis for the surface mount of some soldered components using IPC-SM-785. One of the factors in the equation, is the CTE of the components that are being soldered to the board. The board I am analyzing has P/N DS90LV804TSQX/NOPB Would you be able to provide me with the CTE I should use?

Unfortunately, we don't have CTE data. The only reliability/quality data available is under the "Quality & packaging" tab:

Hi Alex,

Here are the CTE values for the package (it comes in two values: Alpha1 and Alpha2).
THERMAL EXPANSION ∝1 : 0.7 X 10^-5 1/°C
THERMAL EXPANSION ∝2 : 3.4 X 10^-5 1/°C
