The device is built on a BiCMOS technology (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BiCMOS). Do you have any specific concerns about the device?

Thanks for the info. Do you know if the part is susceptible to single event latchup (not electrical latchup)?

May I know the reason you care about single event latchup? SEL isn't a standard test procedure for our transceiver devices. This radiation tests require a special extensive qualification that only a few devices are usually chosen for based on their applications in space and aviation.
