may I kindly ask you to provide the maximum Rds,on at Vcc=3.3V, please?

The data sheet specified this parameter only at 3V with 6Ohm.

Hans,

Ron (Rds) is ~3.52 Ohm (typical) for this devices at Vcc = 3.3V.

thanks for quick reply. According to fig. 5 Ron is pretty independent on Vcc, correct?

Can we assume that maximum Rds,on at Vcc=3.3 is also below 6Ohm as specified for 3.0V?
