TPS65981: Replacement for recommended flash memory W25Q80

I want to use the TPS65981 device in my design. It seems to be that the recommended flash memory is not longer available. Could you name me a possible replacement for the W25Q80?

Hi Till,

Yes, it appears W25Q80 will be EOL soon. Instead, you could use MX25L8006 from Macronix. It is currently being used on the TPS65987EVM and would also work on the TPS65981.

Hi Eric,

thanks for your reply. I have checked the MX25L8006. From my point of view, this device is as well not longer available. Any other ideas?
