DP83867IR: DP83867 1000-Mb not link if autonego disable

Hi,

My customer test DP83867 Autonego disable by change Reg 0x0000 =>  0x0140 but find 1000-Mb ping fail.

change speed to 100Mb and 10Mb are pass. 

what other register need to modify if customer disable Autonego ?
