Hi Barney,

In principle this might work, but it depends on conditions including distance and rate. A better choice would be M-LVDS devices which have higher current drive, support double termination, and more controlled edge rates. Check out SN65MLVD047A driver and SN65MLVD048A receiver, or other M-LVDS devices from TI.
