That figure shows the total output current that the switching regulator is able to provide based on the frequency of the internal oscillator at two voltages. It shows that the maximum output current increases with Voltage and that with a higher VBAT, the increase is greater.

1. nominal current is 90mA or 100mA? or 5VOUT have other current limit protect?

2. What is the max output current on this parts?

Figure 8 shows the current/Voltage behavior of the part. The part will current limit at 100mA once initial charging has occured.
