I am trying to create a spice model for some CAN transceiver, for example for the IC SN65HVDA1040A-Q1. My intention is to create a circuit at transistor level at least for the input and output circuits, as suggested in the datasheet.

Taking into account the equivalent circuit for the output pins (figure 15 in the datasheet) I would like to know the W/L of the MOS transistors and the MOS technology, for example L=100nm or 1um (or what else?). Furthermore it would be important to know the  drop voltage of the diodes, optimally some values of the diode spice parameters.
