What is the maximum junction temperature and Theta JC value? Datasheet doesn't seem to provide the information.

Hi Phan,

The absolute maximum junction temperature for this device is 150 C. For the ThetaJC value we will need to do some evaluation with our thermal modeling team. This generally takes about a week, so we can update you later on once we have a value.

We have this measurement from a previous test. The ThetaJC value is 32.5 C/W
