    Hi, Daniel,

    Seems that there's no Theta Ja or Theta Jc in datasheet, I will try to find out if there're these parameter and reply you tomorrow.

    Hi, Daniel,

    TPS2064 is an old device and I can't find Theta Ja parameter for  TPS2064 DGN package. But you can use Theta Ja of TPS20xxc DGN, their Theta Ja is close.
