SN65EPT22: Can I use this part as LVTTL to NECL translator by connecting VCC to GND, and GND to -3.3Vdc?

I need LVTTL to ECL translator that has YTEOL > 6. Can I use SN65EPT22 by connecting VCC to GND and GND pin to -3.3Vdc?

Unfortunately, SN65EPT22 has not been tested or characterized under these conditions.

Thank you, Yaser. I wish TI will decide to characterize this IC for use with NECL. There are still quite a lot of NECL interface used especially in military since NECL offer the lowest jitter.

Currently I'm having hard time to find LVTTL to NECL translator that has YTEOL more than 6 preferably 8.
