SN75ALS191: SN75ALS191 with industrial temp range?

Hi,

I am looking for a dual differential line driver. The SN75ALS191 is perfect match but the temp range of 0 - 70 Degrees is not sufficient.

Do you have an alternative in -20 to 85 degrees as well as -20 to 100 degrees? Ideally pin compatible. package should be SO* od SOIC8.

    Hi Fred,

    We unfortunately do not have a dual driver at this temperature range. One option would be SN65C1168, which is rated to 85 C but has two receive channels which you will not use. Another option would be using two THVD1500 devices. Again this will result in unused receive channels, but it would allow for operation up to 125 C.
