    The -14dBm unstressed sensitivity is informative becasue this depends upon the extinction ratio of the transmitter, the responsivity of the photodiode and the optical coupling efficiency to the photodiode.

    We specify the input referred noise to be 0.9uA to 1.6uArms over voltage and temperature. This translates to -14.6dBm to -12.1dBm (10E-12 BER) with a 0.55A/W responsivity and 3dB extinction ratio.
