①Signaling Rate of TB5D1M is written as 150Mbps.

I want to know this IC's minimum signaling rate.

②Is this receiver TB3R1?

③I want to know TB3R1's minimum signaling rate.

The reason for wanting to know these,I want to use Opt Module.

This module must satisfy PECL,3Mbps.

Hello Nakata-san,

1. There is no minimum signalling rate for TB5D1M.
2. Yes; TB3R1 is a PECL receiver that can work with TB5D1M driver.
3. There is no minimum signalling rate for TB3R1.
