In datasheet Page 28 Figure 12 mentioned that  "HD3SS3220 Does Not Care About Differential Pair Polarity".

Why Does HD3SS3220  Not Care About Differential Pair Polarity?

Can HD3SS3220 be correct if connect as shown below?
