DP83822I: can NC pins be grounded?

Hello, 

I have a customer application in which there is a system requirement to have no floating piece of copper. Do the NC pins (pin 13 and 15) of the DP83822I have internal connections? If they do not have internal connections, they will need to be shorted  to ground in this design.
