    Hello-

    Can you double check the part number 1HSH  818  A1PV or share a datasheet? I don't see anything online when I search for that part number.

    As for the TVS0500, it can be used after a step down regulator output, as long as the voltage applied is 5V or less. It will help to absorb and transient voltage spikes if placed there.
