TPS65987D: Package size information

Dear TI engineer

The datasheet of TPS65987D have only following information about package size.

1. 7-mm × 7-mm

2. 0.4-mm pitch

3.  56 pin

Could you give me more detail package size information for layout?

I want footprint figure and size information.

    Thank you for posting this question. The TPS65987D is a new part, and is still in early release. This information seems to have been excluded from the datasheet that was uploaded online. Here are the diagrams that I think will help you
