We are presently using the device DS100MB203 in 10GBase KR mode in our design. We plan to replace it with the device DS125MB203.

From the primary study of datasheets this look feasible. Is there any difference in functionality between the two?

Will DS125MB203 support all the functionalities of DS100MB203?

Yes these two devices are pin to pin compatible. All the functionality will be the same.
