Could you tell me the requirement of crystal spec for aging? Does the frequency tolerance spec (±50 ppm) requirement mean including aging in the case of operating 10-year? For example, in the following spec, each spec can satisfy the requirement at the datasheet table 136, but, if considering 10-year operation, should we add ±5 ppm × 10-year = ±50 ppm on the ±22 ppm?

Frequency Tolerance: ±15 ppm at 25C
±22 ppm -40C to 85C
Frequency Stability 1 year aging: ±5 ppm
