it is not recommended to use PoC to deliver 24V@800mA power to the other end. for detailed on PoC design, please refer to www.ti.com/FPD-Link, it included how to design the PoC circuit and network.
as one candidate solution, you can use STQ for this application, 1pair cable is for high speed signal, the other pair is for power transmission, thanks.

From the system application viewpoint, we don't recommend you use PoC solution for 24V@800mA application, as it has high supply ripple & special request for PoC's inductor's rating current spec., for details, please refer to www.ti.com/FPD-Link on PoC app. note.

regarding on the STQ, in includes quad shielding twisted cable, 1pair can be used for high speed signal and the other is for power delivery. STP only has 2 shielding twisted cable.
