TUSB544: EVM test issue

Hi Sir

When I test TUSB544 ,the displayport can't work

1. EVM is Default setting

2. Have 3.3V output

3. When I turn off the EN ,the fail condition is the same

Please kindly help to double check this issue

Kai,

Is the monitor you are using a DisplayPort monitor or a VGA monitor? In the video what is the dongle that you are using to go from Type C to VGA?

Hi Malik

1. VGA Monitor
2. HP USB-C to VGA Display Adapter

We also test displayport monitor and using TypeC to TypeC cable ,the result is the same

Kai,

Please connect jumper J3, HPDIN. I was able to get this to work with Displayport monitor. I suggest testing with Displayport monitor only.
