I asked a quetion ~1 year ago in the Linux forum about this part. I was told a driver for linux would released in the upcoming releases. Wondering if a Linux driver was ever released for DS90UB964-Q1.

There are no special drivers needed to use the FPD-Link serializer/deserializer chipsets. You can use the device profiles in our ALP tool (www.ti.com/tool/alp) to bring up and operate these devices.

We are checking with the original Linux forum responder about the SDK release that's supposed to have this and will let you know anything.

We also recommend using Total Phase Aardvark with our devices instead of USB2ANY. Aardvark is supported with Linux drivers. Please check their forum
