DS36C278: Need real LTB and LTS dates - getting inconsistent information

Received a PCN (dated May 29, 2018) on the DS36C278TMX/NOPB stating:

Feature Name	Value
Effective Date	Apr 02, 19
Replacement Part Number	SN65HVD3088EDR
Replacement Manufacturer	Texas Instruments
Last Time Buy Date	Apr 02, 19
Last Time Ship Date	Oct 02, 19

However my customer received information that the Last Time Buy date is August 2018.

Could you please confirm the real LTS and LTB dates for the DS36C278TMX/NOPB please?

Glenn,

I believe the dates in the PCN should be correct, but let me double check with the team and get back to you. We have some people out of the office at the moment so this may take a few days. In order to track down why our communication may have been inconsistent in this case, it may help if I know the customer name.
