Hello E2E,

Whats the max operating temp of the TCA6416ARTW? I see max storage temp and recommended operating temp, but nothing about this max. Customer is trying to determine max power dissipation.

Hi Russel,

The maximum junction temperature for this device can allow 150C, but may device parameters cannot be guaranteed under these conditions. Operating at this temperature my also reduce device lifetime.
